Even if you killed them all today, tomorrow there would be more. The farmer deciding that he wants no more is clever enough to quit breeding them. The government though it professes to a desire to be rid of terrorists continues to create more as if they were chocolates. The governments interest is in the perpetuation terrorism not in ending it.
